- We can confirm most of our orders leave the fulfilment centre within 2-3 days of payment.

The currency that you pay in is USD, as we sell our products all over the world and our fulfilment centre is in China we find USD being the most universal currency to trade in.
WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?


If this happens to you, notify us of any changes as soon as possible. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

*If an event occurs where you do not receive your item within 35 days we will gladly send out a replacement item at no cost to you.
